window, do not involve pop-ups or any border advertising for
www.arkansasvalleyliving.com and certainly are designed to bring focus to YOUR

Free Listing in the Business Directory
All responsible, reputable and viable businesses shall receive a listing in the
"Business Directory" of www.arkansasvalleyliving.com at NO CHARGE. The listing
will include the business name, the city/town where located (no
specific physical or mailing address shall appear), a brief 75 character description
of the services and/or products offered by the business, and in some cases a telephone
number. These Free listings will be listed under ONE main topical category.

Full Business Directory Listing
(NOT available to Real Estate companies, Home Builders, Lodging Facilities, or licensed
Rafting/Outfitters):
Any bona fide business qualifying under the Free Listing (except those businesses who fall
into any of the 4 categories highlighted here), shall be entitled to expand its
business listing to include:
· The addition of the business's web site as a functioning link! (If you
don't already have a web site, we can create one for you, starting as LOW as $60/year!

· A larger font for your listing
· All information included in the Free Listing (above)
· The addition of your full address
· Additional category listings are available (No more than 3 categories per

(available ONLY to Lodging Facilities and licensed Rafting/Outfitters):
Note: Some Business Directory Categories are only designed to use this pre-qualified leads
advertising and shall NOT be eligible for a typical Full Business Directory Listing. These categories
have been established in our "Business Directory" based on a high volume of
inquiries and referrals and specialized services needed to fulfill those inquiries
and referrals (Lodging Facilities and Rafting/Outfitters{licensed}). Independent links
from our "Business Directory" under these 2 topics
shall immediately place visitors to a "referral page" where these businesses will be listed.
Any bona fide lodging facility or licensed rafting
guide/outfitter shall be eligible for Pre-Qualified Leads advertising. Services provided to
these advertisers shall be:
· Listing of the business name, a brief description of the products/services
the business offers.
· Inclusion in our "Pre-Qualified Leads" service, which automatically refers
ALL qualified potential customers who fill out our "Find The Best Deal" form
to you via immediate email, giving you the opportunity to reply directly to the

Sponsor Ads
Any bona fide business meeting the criteria of a Free Listing shall
be eligible for Sponsor Advertising. Which page your sponsor ad is placed on is
subject to approval by ArkansasValleyLiving.com staff. Position within each page
is not guaranteed where multiple sponsor advertisements appear on the same page.
All sponsor ads are the same size (120 x 100 pixels) and can allow two or three
words for a title and approximately 12 to 15 words in the description (typical
sponsor ads showing size can be seen on the right-side of many of our web pages) and all
can contain functioning links to your web site.
